Enztalradweg
On the Enztalradweg, you can cycle in the footsteps of the Enztal raftsmen. The historic route has already covered almost 70 kilometers before it winds its way through the Stuttgart region from Vaihingen/Enz to the mouth of the Neckar in Walheim. Along the Enz loops with their floodplains, meadows and terraced steep slopes, it passes historic old towns, castle ruins and cultural monuments.
The Verband Region Stuttgart has also provided plenty of variety along the route with its support program: in addition to a number of rest areas, there are numerous opportunities for sport and play such as the Funpark Oberriexingen, the Flößerstraße playground and the play tower in the Bürgergärten in Bietigheim-Bissingen as well as the playground in the Enzpark in Besigheim. If you want, you can even do without a bike: Between Vaihingen/Enz and Besigheim, you can also go by canoe.
