E-Bike-Route
Don't worry, if you're in good shape, you can of course do the e-bike tour without an auxiliary motor. The route takes you in a wide arc around the state capital of Stuttgart through all the neighboring districts and through the region's special variety of landscapes: through the Schönbuch Nature Park and the Stroh- und Heckengäu, through the orchard paradise in the Albvorland and the UNESCO Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve with the Albtrauf, through the UNESCO Limes World Heritage Site in the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park and the Neckar, Rems and Enz wine-growing regions.
In short, it goes through the entire region with all its fascinating facets. Due to its length of almost 400 kilometers, the route is of course ideal as a stage tour and has numerous entry and exit points.
The route is a project of the districts of the region, supported by the Verband Region Stuttgart and the Stuttgart Transport Association. Accordingly, there are numerous rest stops, viewpoints and other highlights along the route, which were created with the support of the co-financing program of the Verband Region Stuttgart.
